Destinesia is no fun.
Much too often people suffer from destinesia.
You’d get to where you were intending to go only to forget why you were going there in the first place. For example, you’d run down the stairs to the kitchen or living room but once you got there you couldn’t remember what you needed. Consequently, you often have to run back upstairs to look at what you were previously doing in order to reconcile your train of thought.
Other times, you would log into your e-mail account specifically to send an important message, but you’d forget to actually send it before logging out. You’d log in, check all your new messages, then log out without sending the information you logged in to send.
This particular dilemma is called destinesia. With memory improvement exercises, you can vastly improve your capacity to remember things and you’ll experience fewer and fewer bouts of destinesia during your daily endeavors.
